This is a very crisp, clean and beach feeling apartment, it's a few minutes walk to the beach. In a seaside town called 'Costa da Caparica'. You will be sure to feel relaxed on your next vacation/business trip as the sunshine shines all day through this apartment through the south facing, oceanview side. Enjoy the wonderfully coloured Atlantic Portuguese sunsets! A fully functioning home for small families this is the beach home you will need to stay.
A clean and newly remodeled apartment with 1 full bedroom, 1 bath & a closed den for your beach getaway experience. This listing is sure to provide you with the calm Euro-Urban Chic beach vibes. Location is key-less entry into the building and a lock-box to allow for easy check-in/out. The property sleeps 6 with queen bed, 2 double sofa beds. There is plenty of appliances to enjoy in the kitchen's breakfast nook.
Cleaning fee applies. Trash removal, dishes, appliance cleaning and deep cleaning or resetting/remodeling are guest expectations.
Cleaning during COVID 19 - cleaning post check-out will be required of all bookings to maintain proper cleanliness guidelines for disinfection based on current WHO recommendations.

This property is entirely usable by guests as it is an entire place booking, which includes the use of washer/dryer. The only locations that are off limits to guests are: the linen maintenance cupboard in the south-side of the bedroom and the cleaning storage with a folding door in the kitchen (these areas are labelled and locked). Parking is communal, but everyone is entitle to park. The neighborhood is safe and others in the building are well-mannered, friendly and always willing to help. Garbage removal is daily and located nearby as well as the water of the building is portable. For those of you who travel with luggage the building has 2 fully functional elevators.
