Casa Lima is a newly remodeled house in central location with vibrant lime and aqua tropical decor. This is a local neighborhood, adjacent to Isla Verde, Ocean Park, Calle Loiza, beaches and all the attractions of San Juan! Modern, comfortable and fully furnished and set up for your to enjoy your stay in Puerto Rico.
I moved to Puerto Rico from California in late 2020. I love living in a Caribbean paradise! It is always warm, the ocean water is fantastic for swimming and Puerto Rico has both stunning beaches and forested mountains. I like to travel quite a bit myself and tend to book tours, cruises or book an airbnb and stay in a city exploring for a few days. I always learn things by traveling and I think it helps make me a better host. I am a licensed realtor with eXp Realty.
This is a LOCAL neighborhood. It is not touristy. You will see chickens, stray dogs and cats, graffiti and working class neighbors. If you are looking for a polished high-end hotel type neighborhood, this is not for you. What you will find are local food places like Panadería Artesanal Villa Palmeras, Sullivans BBQ and the highly rated La Casita Blanca. This location is: .5 miles to Trendy Calle Loiza .9 miles to beach to Ocean Park 1.5 miles to Isla Verde 3 miles to Condado 4 miles to airport 6 miles to Old San Juan Parking is fairly full on the street. I can usually find 1-2 spots right in front but no more. Luckily, you will have the gated narrow driveway for your car if you have one. If you do not have a car, I recommend UBER to get around. We are centrally located close to just about everything you want to visit in the San Juan area.
