A four-story newly built townhouse with a closed territory in a quiet and green area of the Włochy district in Warsaw. All the guests of a townhouse can use a big and well-equipped common kitchen and living room on the ground floor right with the household appliances and tableware, and a common bathroom on the floor (applicable to rooms for one person only, rooms for two have got their private bathrooms). No rooms have a private kitchen, it is shared for all guests of the townhouse regardless of the room type. Guests can also park their car next to the territory of the townhouse.
A big amount of grocery stores nearby: Biedronka, Lidl, Aldi, Zabka, 7-10 minutes to the big shopping center. Quiet and green area, from which you can get to any corner of Warsaw without any difficulty. Tram and bus stations nearby, 25-30 minutes to the center of Warsaw by the tram, really close to the Chopin airport - a great option to stay in between flights.
