I like that Sir Jan is very accommodating and he replies fast. He heeds my request for my acrophobic mom so he gives us the first floor unit 🥰 The room is perfect for 4 people with tv (but no netflix), fast wifi, AC, refrigerator, heater, microwave, electric burner, hot and cold shower. Since our room is in the ground floor, no nice view of the pool because the window is blocked by the big shrubs but very convenient because just a few steps to the main entrance then a convenient store (more of a mini mart with very affordable all-day breakfasts) immediately outside. There is also 2 free soaps and one mineral water, clean bedsheets, soft pillows, 2 hangers, and one electric fan on top of the AC. The pictures as attached were taken after we left. It was so clean when we arrived. That cellophane was ours, not the property's.
