Newly constructed 11 unit building located in a quiet street of a conveniently located subdivision. Each unit has own wash room, kitchenette, mini fridge, induction stove, Airconditioning, hot and cold shower, work station. Wi-Fi throughout the building is provided. Building equipped with smoke detector/ alarm system, fire exit, fire extinguisher, CCTV. We provide beddings, basic toiletries, cooking instruments, plates, cups and utensils.
Professional chef who had worked with Four Seasons hotel for almost 10 years. He also offers private tasting by reservation in one of the units in the building.
Very conveniently located near downtown, laundry pick up and delivery service available, walking distance to Torres strip of restaurants including Starbucks and another local coffee shop, less than 2 Km away from 3 major malls and hospitals, located in the same subdivision as the newest city park. Very accessible to public transportation.
