This unique place has a style all its own. The unit is at the second floor of the building, just below the roof top. It can comfortably sleep 10 guests(2pax/bed). ✔️Solo/Private unit ✔️2 bedrooms ✔️Own parking(Strictly one slot per unit, please consider Baguio terrain) ✔️Own living area ✔️Own kitchen equipped with basic kitchen wares(you can cook) ✔️Refrigerator ✔️Own balcony ✔️Own toilet and bath with hot and cold shower(1) ✔️WiFi is available ✔️Netflix and Youtube ready ✔️2 electric fans(one each room) ✔️Extra mattress to be provided if needed(according to number of pax) ✔️Fresh beddings are provided ◾️Towel is provided upon request for 50php each(strictly request is to be made a day prior the check-in date since we do not live in the transient area) ◾️Smoking area is at the balcony Check-in time: 02:00PM Check-out time: 11:00AM IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. We can accommodate 1 car only. If you bring more than 1 car, there's a pay parking across the unit and also at Petron Marcos Highway for a first come first served basis. 2. Beddings are prepared according to the number of pax. The posted bedroom photos are for 10pax. Floor mattress in Room 1 is added ONLY IF the group has 9-10 guests. 3. Bring your own toiletries. 4. For safety purposes, we do not provide drinking water. You can buy from the store located at the first floor for 35php/gallon. Just bring the gallon available at the unit.
