The property is perfect for education, stay-cation, vacation, any relaxation, couples and small families. Minimum 2 nights of stay. The unit is located in Tower 5 with bridge connected to SM North Edsa and walking distance to Trinoma and near to public market, hospital, restaurant and schools, Ayala Center and MRT North Avenue. The unit is new fully furnished 1 Bedroom with queen bed size and sofa bed ( double size ) good for 4 persons and has 2 extra floor mattresses for optional use. Sony TV Android ' 55 inches ' with Netflix connected to wifi internet. Fully equipped kitchen utensils with free 2 gallon of water, washing machine, microwave and kettle. We provide towels for 4 guests, bath soap and shampoo. Pool and Gym access can avail by registered guest only with authorization signed by the admin with fee of 150 person / day except monday ( Pool cleaning day ). For last minute booking guest, kindly inform us ahead since my Sister in-law / Property assistance do not live nearby. Thanks
