GIA’s Place is a bed & breakfast located at Brgy. Banaba, San Mateo, Rizal. It’s a serene place where you can rest and enjoy a staycation with your loved ones or even just for some ME-TIME. GIA’s Place currently offers 3 rooms at the 2nd & 3rd floor of the walk up building. Each room has a size of 34 to 39 square meters which can accommodate 4 persons. Breakfast is served in the morning. Each room has: - 1 Queen size bed (good for 2 persons) - 2 Bed side drawers - 3 Lampshades - 1 Sofa bed (good for 2 persons) - Center table - Clothing cabinet with hangers - Extra storage cabinet - Dining table with chairs (available for Room A only) - Refrigerator - Computer table with chair - 58” Google TV - 1 Airconditioner - 1 Electric fan - 1 Bathroom and Toilet with hot and cold shower - 1 Hair dryer - 4 Bath towels - Basic toiletries - Bedroom slippers - Intercom - Philips steam iron (upon request) Cooking is not allowed but a refrigerator for food storage is available in each room. Aside from the dining table in each room, there’s a common dining area at the ground floor where disposable utensils and plates, microwave oven, and water dispenser with hot and cold water are available - free of use. All floors have open areas which guests can use to unwind. At the 4th floor of the building (rooftop), a 360 degree view of San Mateo, Rizal can be seen. The safety of our guests are important to us too. Below are our safety measures: - Building has a high fence and gate - CCTVs in some common areas - Fire extinguishers and smoke alarms - Fire escape - Exit signage - 24/7 on call caretakers A meeting room can be rented at the ground floor for business meetings and such.
