The host is a very well experienced host and traveller. House attendants will be present to attend emergency needs and concerns.

Property info

This place is perfect for group of people with extra foam mattresses provided. It has 25mbps wifi, Smart TV, kitchen stuff, pool, gym and parking amenities. Towels are provided. It is located beside SM Megamall, bus and MRT stations. BSA Twin Towers Reminder: Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. (Early or late check in/out fees per hour applies.) This unit requires 150pesos/head all-in utility fee (electricity, water, internet, wifi, laundry and garbage disposal etc.) per night. Pool, gym and parking has a fee. Cleaning fee will be charged if the room is left unclean and disorganized. All trash must be neatly disposed outside the door between 8:00-10:00pm to be collected by our staff. Remaining trash in the morning should be disposed in the Tower B basement, B1 level trash area near elevators. Turn off all the lights and appliances on check out, exept the refrigerator. Early/ Late check in/out Policy: Normal check in is 2pm. Early check-in fee is 150/hr from 2pm to rush clean and prepare the room. Late check in fee is 150pesos if arrive beyond 8:30pm. Check-out time is 10am. Late check-out fee of 150pesos/hour applies if beyond 10am. This is to secure the room from the upcoming guests who want to check-in early that day. Always contact the host if you have concerns. Thank you!
