Please note that all rules, limitations, and restrictions are determined by Trees Management, and we do not have control over them. Security Deposit: Upon check-in, a 1,000.00 pesos security deposit is required. It will be fully refunded upon checkout if no damage or loss occurs during your stay. Pool Access: Enjoy the pool for 180.00 pesos per person per day on regular days or 350.00 pesos per person per day on holidays. The pool is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Proper swimming attire is required. Parking: Paid parking is available at 300 pesos per overnight stay, subject to availability. Please inform the host in advance if you need parking. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. The unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Unit Details: The fully air-conditioned unit features an HDR smart TV with voice control, including YouTube and Netflix. It has a queen-sized bed with hotel-grade bedding, a shower heater, and two bath towels. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, induction cooker, and cooking utensils.
