Great for a staycation, a work-from-home alternative with fast internet, or for a fun family and friends vacation! Guests will surely love our condo because the amenities at One Manchester Place are amazing: Beach with free access for 4 guests (+2kids below 6yrs.old), Stunning pool - free access for 6 guests and a relaxing jacuzzi! Our 56sqm. condo has 1-Bedroom ensuite full bathroom, 2 sofa beds, and a powder room. Photos show the chairs which are great for smaller kids. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Conveniently located within a walking distance to Robinson Supermarket, Starbucks, 7/Eleven, McDonald's, Jollibee, Korean and Japanese Restaurants, LUX Entertainment Club, Alfresco Food Court, Shangri-La Resort, and the Mactan Newtown Beach. - 16 mins. drive (8.5 km) via M.L. Quezon National Highway from/to the Airport. - 10 mins. walk (600 m) to Mactan Newtown Beach - 13 mins. drive (4.4 km) via M.L. Quezon National Highway from/to Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark - 7 mins drive (2.2 km) via Punta Engaño Rd from/ to Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu We provide bath towels, extra sheets for the home if you are staying longer than 5 days. We also provide toilet paper, and garbage bags in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator and electric kettle. We want our guests to feel at home visiting our condo! Suggested items that you should bring to make your stay more comfortable: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, extra paper towels, extra garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and sunscreen lotion.
