If you pay your booking in advance to booking.com, be careful when checking out and the hotel is trying to charge the same amount an other time. This happens In western brand hotels also and unfortunately it clearly seem not to be a human error. In places like Manila, people especially do choose western brand hotels based on safety and trust. The value of a brand is in real life business practices and responsibility. “Oh sorry Sir” type experiment of scamming is not a part of that… This is a growing type of problem with online hotel booking.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful including wonderful doormen who welcome you and help with bags. Rooms are comfortable and well air conditioned (thank god!) and include their own water dispenser and fridge which was a huge plus. We used the gym and pool which were great. Only stayed one night as we were transferring out of Manila the next day on another flight.

Everything! The location is in an amazing part of makati, making us feel safe. Our room was clean and smelt nice. The staff were exceptionally kind and always so accomodating. We even told our friends to stay there, which they did and they loved it. We definitely will be back and have told family members to stay when they visit Manila

The staff were great, really friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky enough to get an early check-in and a late checkout, which we really appreciated. They ordered us taxis when we needed them. The cost to the airport is roughly 300p in a white metered taxi. The sniffer dog called Shane was beautiful Breakfast was in an adjoining cafe next door, we liked being able to choose from a set menu and having the food cooked freshly. Made a nice change from the usual breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable, powerful hot shower. The pool was nice too, and they have a laundry area with washing machines and dryers for guests. The hotel is within walking distance to numerous restaurants.

Very late check-in was no problem. Also late check-out was possible. Friendly cooperation. Nice swimming pool, good breakfast. Easy to walk to the green belt.

Makati is an excellent place to stay. Not the most picturesque, but quieter and cleaner than most cities within the Metro Manila region, with plenty of facilities and some nice museums in the neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very good location nearby everything. Wide rooms with good luminosity. The staff was exceptional. Special thanks to Ms Einie from reception who was extremely kind and helpful. Also, Ms Abigail who explained a lot about the city and Mr Ricky. Mr Meljo, was really nice dealing with all the issues regarding transportation. 5 stars staff. It’s a surplus for the hotel to have staff like that.
