It is a 24 sqm. combined living , dining and bedroom studio apartment in the 6th floor of the North Tower of Amaia Steps, Capitol Central, San Juan St., Brgy 8, Bacolod., Negros Occidental. It can accaccomodate a maximum of 3 guests comfortably. It has a double bed with a trundle bed, a 32" Samsung tv; a mini fridge , an induction cooker, electric kettle, electric oven toaster, 1 thick bottom pot, 2 plates, 2 sets of flatwares, 2 glasses, pitcher, first aid kit, hair dryer, built-in cabinets for clothes, etc.
