* A stylish well designed townhouse with open living area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms. * All rooms have heat pump to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. * Very close to all amenities - ferry terminal, cafes, farmers market, coastal walk and a park right next to the house. * A single dedicated car port behind the house and plenty of free off street parking.
* Kids park right next to the House which has a basket ball court if you are a player. A basket ball on premises to play * A 2 min walk to the 5km Coastal walk way * Less than 10 min walk to Farmers Market, Ferry terminal and Hobsonville’s favourite brewery - Little Creatures. No need to go anywhere for the weekend. * 20 mins Drive to Albany mall * 15 mins drive to Northwest Mall * 5 mins drive to supermarkets - Countdown and New World * 20 mins drive to Wineries in Kumeu and Hellertau Brewery in Riverhead * All amenities are very close to this newly developed Urban suburb with Architecturally designed houses * A great place to go for walks and you will find great people around
