'Olde Beach' Villa is a modern fully equipped holiday home located in the heart of Waikanae's beach community and is just a stroll across the road and over the dunes to the expansive and ever popular Waikanae Beach. This 2 story Waikanae Beach holiday home has undergone extensive refurbishment and redecoration and offers spacious open-plan living, ideal for dining and entertaining. It comprises a large sitting room and kitchen-diner, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Up to 8 guests can be comfortably accommodated. There are 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom comprises a bath, separate shower, large vanity, toilet and heated towel rail. The 2nd bathroom combines the laundry facilities and includes a shower, toilet, wash sink and heated towel rail. The lower level features a large double garage for secure car parking. The property commands an elevated site and provides stunning views of the sea and Kapiti Island from the living room area and wrap-around front deck which is also the perfect spot for that sun-downer. This is Waikanae Beach holidaying at its best!
As a provider of private holiday accommodation, i ensure Olde Beach Villa is subject to a meticulous cleaning regime before the arrival of each guest. As well as the high level of cleaning already provided, all often-touched spots in the home - door handles, electronics, the trash can cover, light switches, remote controls, tables, the fridge, etc and all used surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant. You can rest assured that your environment is safer than hotels or commercial accommodations that host many people each month.
The location of Olde Beach Villa allows easy enjoyment of all the amenities of Waikanae's Olde Beach community. Popular cafes, restaurants, bakery, convenience store, tennis courts and children’s playground are a few minutes walk. Nearby major attractions include Nga Manu Nature Reserve, Waikanae Golf Course, Southwards Car Museum, Queen Elizabeth Park and Kapiti Island. The area offers abundant hiking and cycling trails. A trip into the capital, Wellington, is easy with trains running at regular intervals from Waikanae train station. Alternatively it is an easy 50 minute drive along SH1 passing through some gorgeous scenery. The Kapiti Coast is one of New Zealand's understated gems. With 40km of pristine beaches sheltered from the prevailing westerly winds by Kapiti Island, to the magnificent, wild landscape of the Tauraua Range and Forest Park, Kapiti's natural beauty is breathtaking. The area is easily accessed by car, train or air and is the perfect place for a relaxing break.
