Our names are Elle & Stef. We are Taupo locals, and together we manage a number of beautiful properties here in Taupo. Our goal is to make sure all of our properties are inviting, clean, homely and maintained to a high-standard, to ensure you have a pleasant and memorable stay. Property information

**PLEASE NOTE - a 2.3% Credit Card/Debit Card surcharge is charged on all bookings that are selected as 'Pay Later'. These bookings will be charged in full 14 days prior to arrival (this excludes Non-refundable bookings which will be charged at the time the booking is made). Property access information is always sent to you on the morning of your arrival, via the message centre. PLEASE NOTE - One of the bedrooms downstairs doesn't have a wall separating it from the second living area. It is classed as a combined living/sleeping area. Also, the fireplace is not in working order, however there is sufficient heating in the house. The house is not air-conditioned. The bedding configuration is 1 x Queen, 1 x Queen, 1 x bunk (2 singles) 1 x Single, 1 x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 2 x bunks (4 singles) 2 x fold-out sandwich style beds (these are best suited to children). If you require bedding for the fold-out beds, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Strictly no parties/events or loud groups permitted. The neighbours are very close. There is an indoor plunge pool which is like a spa pool without the jets. It is perfect for sitting and soaking in. Linen and towels are provided. Close to town centre, incredible lake views. Perfect for 2 families travelling together.
