***The house layout*** 1st floor: Entrance, Laundry, one-bedroom ensuite with private bathroom and a living room 2nd floor: Kitchen, Living, Dining, Balcony and 1 Separate Toilet. 3rd floor: 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. (Both are ensuite) In one of the bedrooms on the second floor, you'll find a luxurious Queen bed, while the other boasts two comfortable King Single beds. If you prefer a different arrangement, kindly let us know, and we'll be delighted to merge the two King Single beds to accommodate your preference. ***Parking*** There’s no private parking but you can park your car in a free spot on the street.  *Please do not park in our neighbor's driveway or designated parking spaces. Facts sharing: 1. Look for any signs or road markings that may stop you from parking. 2. A broken yellow line means no stopping or parking. 3. Don't park closer than 1 metre from any vehicle entrance. ***ADDITIONAL INFO*** For guests who book the 2 bedrooms unit on the upper levels, please be aware that there may be other guests staying in the unit on the ground floor during your visit. We've secured the inner door within the building to ensure that neither party can access the other's space - the door is locked at both end. Each group also has its own separate entrance and exit, ensuring privacy for both parties.
