Sit back, relax and enjoy the views from this calm, stylish space. Have morning coffee or a relaxing spa on the front deck, then gin and tonics watching beautiful Kapiti sunset on the balcony. Everything is new, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The lawn is large, with mature trees for privacy and bird life. Beach access is about 200 metres away. The area is quiet, with a beach holiday feel. Unfortunately this property is not suitable for children under 12.
I always respond to messages quickly and will normally be close by to fix any problems.
Very quiet, and so close to the sea that you can hear it. The railway station is about 8 minutes away, and it is near the main bus route. You can take a leisurely walk to the cafes, or play a round of golf nearby. There is parking for 2 cars right outside the house.
