This unique 9 bedrooms 7.5 bathroom villa is a recently renovated villa that has been designed to create the feel of a luxurious boutique hotel suites. For a stay longer than one month, we provide one free mid stay cleaning. Bedrooms: All bedrooms are fitted with comfortable queen size beds and topped with hotel quality linen and towels, professionally cleaned after every stay. There are wardrobes to hang your clothes and make the space feel like home. Kitchen: Our fully-equipped kitchens have been recently refurbished to a high standard, and comes complete with stove and oven, cooking utensils, appliances (microwave, kettle and toaster), a fridge/freezer and basic pantry supplies – for those times when you just want a break from all of Ponsonby and Grey Lynn amazing cafes and restaurants and have hearty home cooked meal. Located in a quiet street of Dryden in Grey Lynn, less than 15 minutes walk to Grey Lynn shops, Ponsonby shops and Jervois road shops Nearby attractions including Western Park, Franklin road, MOTAT, Auckland zoo, Western springs, K road etc A few steps across the road from the lovely Grey Lynn Park. The villa is situated in a quiet Dryden street of Grey Lynn. Two countdown supermarkets are less than 3 mins drive away. Less than 15 minutes walking distance to banks, Supermarket, Cafes, Restaurants and Shops. The inner link bus stops and outer link bus stops are less than 10 mins walk away. You wont have to wait long for taxi or ride sharing apps such as Uber, Zoomy or Ola.
