This 2 bdroom unit with a big living area plus a drive-in garage sits at one wing of a lifestyle property in the middle of Tamahere on the outskirt of Hamilton city. It has its own private entrance, kitchen and laundry. Just renovated with brand new carpet, tile floor, shower box and wooden floor, nice spa bath and separate toilet. The property sits right on Te Awa Cycleway and it is walking distance to Tamahere shopping area and about 5 minutes' drive to Hamilton airport and Hamilton Garden. Sorry no range hood in the kitchen so no frying or steaming.
We are a happy family with two kids. We raise chicken,ducks and sheep on our little farm.
