Welcome to our cosy and inviting home! Our townhouse features two bedrooms, both located upstairs. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second bedroom features a cosy double bed. Both rooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings, ensuring a comfortable and clutter-free stay. The main bathroom upstairs is modern and well-appointed, with a shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience. We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we provide everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is an additional toilet located downstairs off the kitchen area, adding extra convenience to your stay. The living area is a great space to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city. It opens up to a sunny private courtyard and garden space, providing a peaceful and secluded outdoor area to enjoy. You can sit back and relax with a good book or a glass of wine, and soak up the sun in this lovely space. Our townhouse is located in a quiet and convenient location, with easy access to public transport and all the amenities that the city has to offer. We look forward to welcoming you to our home! Sleeping and Bathroom This house has 2 Bedrooms, the Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the 2nd Bedroom has a Double sized bed. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet with an additional separate toilet downstairs. Parking Off street carparking available Pets Unfortunately this property is not pet-friendly. Location Addington is a great neighbourhood and has excellent cafes and restaurants that are within walking distance. The Christchurch Arena and Orange Theory Stadium are also close by so if you are here for a concert or the rugby its perfect for you. Mountfort Park which the property backs onto is also nice to stroll through and pick fruit and herbs from. Please Note: There is a security camera with audio operating at the front door of this property for your safety and ours. This is outside the property and only records entry and exit.
