Classic southern Norway house in a protected area! Walking distance to the beautiful summer city of Kristiansand, and all the delicious restaurants in the city, walking distance to the city beach and 15 min. drive to the zoo. This is the base apartment in our newly renovated southern Norway house. The apartment was completely renovated in 2019, and is light and bright. There are 3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and hallway. Private entrance, patio with outdoor furniture, barbecue and parking space. High standard, bright and nice, practical kitchen with all equipment.
Quiet, central neighborhood with classic southern houses. Walking distance to the city center, Bystranda, Palmesus (about 900m), university. Short distance to bus stops in all directions. The zoo is about 10-15 min drive or direct bus. Airport about 15 min drive or direct bus. Several beaches, both marine and freshwater, within walking distance. Cozy local cafe about 300m away. Shops (including Sunday shops) within walking distance. Park with soccer field right outside the garden.
