Welcome to our lovely newly renovated apartment, right by the famous Amstel river. Situated in a peaceful courtyard, this spacious and bright apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This luxurious apartment offers a blend of comfort and convenience, perfect for a work trip or a leisurely stay in the beautiful city. Featuring high-speed WiFi, it's ideal for those who need to stay connected or work remotely, making it a true home away from home. The minimum stay is 7 nights, ensuring you have ample time to enjoy all the amenities this apartment has to offer. With a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open living/dining area, a bathroom complete with a separate shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and two inviting bedrooms, one of which features a convenient desk setup, this apartment has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Step outside the bedrooms to find a charming backyard, perfect for relaxation. With bars, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and more nearby, everything you need is within reach. Take a stroll along the Amstel river and explore charming spots along the way.
After studying abroad I returned to my hometown Amsterdam to take over this family investment and grow it out to the apartments it is today. My mom actually started renting a room here in the early 80's. After meeting my dad and the elderly property owner looking to sell, they decided to take the plunge and with a little help of our grandparents were able to buy. The years following, they extended, renovated and rebuild most of it. Leaving these ones, that previously served as office spaces, as an exciting opportunity for me. Completely re-purposing and renovating these spaces in 2024 to the luxurious and complete apartments they are today. I love meeting people from different parts of the world and I look forward to connecting with you as a host. I will do my best to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

The city center is easily accessible via public transportation, or for those inclined, by exploring the Dutch way – by bike!
