Studio Keyserbosch-hof offers luxurious accommodation in Neer, 2 km from the Leudal nature reserve and Outletcentrum Roermond. This studio was renovated in 2023. The house has a kitchen, two TVs, free Wi-Fi and spa access for adults. This accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults, 2 children between 3 and 11 years old (they sleep on the loft), and a cot can be added in the bedroom below. NB! the loft is not suitable for adults. If you are 2 adults and not a couple, the double bed can also be separated into 2 single beds. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible. There is also a separate garden where you can barbecue. There are also toys, a sandbox, a trampoline and a playground for the children. There is also a bicycle shed. This property also features a football field. Free parking is available. This is a smoke-free and pet-free holiday home with a separate entrance. If you are with a larger group, you can rent this house together with the group accommodation 'Holiday home Keyserbosch-hof' at the same time.
The accommodation has been renovated from top to bottom by the owners themselves. While retaining the old materials, an attempt has been made to create a modern look. The nice thing about our accommodations is that we see so many different people with different characters, each with their own story. You can relax here with everything at hand. If there is anything we can always be reached to help. The beautiful Leudal nature reserve is of course nearby, which is very surprising due to the height differences. The outlet center in Roermond is a must for many. There are also plenty of indoor/outdoor activities for children.
You are here in Central Limburg, in the middle of many fun activities, which we will send to you as soon as we get in touch. The house contains a folder with walking and cycling routes in the area. If you need advice or further information, we are always ready.
