## The space This comfortable studio, 'Ocho' has been build by the owner who has build it with reused (wooden) materials. This bright studio with it's modern, but Eco friendly look is located 1 km from the beach in a very green and peaceful area. It's a 5 minute walk to the city center and 10 minutes to the train station. Ocho is tastefully decorated and provides you everything to make you feel at home. The kitchen comes fully equipped for the small dining. The open kitchen and living room are separated from the sleeping area by a wall. The bathroom is aside from the living room, next to the bedroom. Everything is on the ground floor. Ocho is a place where you can relax. ★ Privacy and space ★ Two single beds (90 x 200) ★ Fully equipped kitchen ★ Coffee machine ★ Garden ★ Wifi and Television ★ Linen and towels are provided ## Guest access The entire studio is yours to use, only the garden is partly shared with the owners. ## Guest interaction Our office Smiling Host is in the middle of the center and we are happy to answer all your questions. ## The neighborhood The beach, city center, dunes, as well as the casino, are around the corner. Enough places to have breakfast, coffee or dinner in the immediate vicinity. Zandvoort is a flourishing seaside resort with a great touristic appeal. It has a wide and clean beach where you can enjoy a swim or just relax. Zandvoort is located in the middle of the dunes. The beauty of this stretched-out dune area is unprecedented. Haarlem is within cycling distance from Zandvoort and Amsterdam can be reached by train within 25 minutes.
