Our farmhouse was built in 1898. The front of the farm, called 'het voorhuis' is used as an apartment for guests. This part of the house was renovated completely in 2018 but has kept a few of its authentic details such as on old tile floor and the doors between the bedroom and dressing room. It's a characteristic old house with a thatched roof situated in a quiet village close to Holten and Deventer. The apartment is quite big (60 m2) and has a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Also guests have a private garden with a terrace and can use our bicycles.
Welcome to Farmhouse Dijkerhoek! My name is Antina, I am a mother of two, boss of cat Pip and dog Bijke and married to René. I am an interim social media manager and when I find the time I love to take long walks in the area.
Our farmhouse is situated in Dijkerhoek, a little village close to Holten (National Parc Sallandse Heuvelrug) and the beautiful city Deventer. Dijkerhoek is very proud of its mill. The mill is just across the street from our house. If you love nature and quietness then our farmhouse is the place to be. It's an ideal vacation spot for people who love to wander, run or bike.
