The property, located in the lower floor of a 18th century house on a quiet residential street has been impeccably restored and the new design make the most of its unique architectural style. The apartment is fully furnished, modern and minutes away from the major museums, restaurants, and cafes. The apartment has an entrance from the street and access to a private garden. The space is suitable for up to 2 adults with 2 children. The apartment includes many facilities, such as a kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Note that (due to local regulations) no cooktop or stove is provided. The bathroom has a rain shower, washer & dryer, hairdryer, iron. Separate toilet. The apartment has a spacious living room with smart TV, a comfortable leather sofa and two single size sofa beds. A large dining table seats up to six people. A separate bedroom with double bed and smart TV is located on the quiet backside of the house with access to the garden. Bikes are included.

This is perhaps the best street to stay in the center of Amsterdam. While all the major attractions and musea are within walking distance from the apartment, the street itself is surprisingly calm. It is ideal for a couple with or without children. With the complementary bikes you can venture further out and enjoy the scenery in and around Amsterdam. A metro station is a few minutes walking and provides regular connections to the Central train station or trainstation Zuid. A nearby tram will take you right to the RAI congress centre.
