The house/rooms are situated on a large property which also has a beautiful bar and restaurant. Please note that we are NOT a hotel, but we have several private rooms to offer travelers at a very good rate. There is a second story for your use that offers an excellent view of the waves and beach. Perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Situated on the huge and beautiful Playa Miramar. We have one of the best left hand point breaks in Nicaragua directly in front of the house for you to surf. There are several waves on this beach, often with no one out surfing. There are several restaurants and small stores in the neighborhood. The locals are all very friendly and it is always very safe here. *Please note that Miramar is very primative. Most facilities do not accept credit cards and there is no ATM in the village.* "Apple Pay" does not exist in Nicaragua- sorry. Locals accept cordova or US dollars- but US notes must be flawless or the local businesses will not accept them- ie, not a single tear or the slightest marking. We don't make the rules, but we have to live by them.
