Property information

This amazing house is truly one of a kind. Modern luxury with your own PRIVATE beach! Modern designed house with full amenities package including pool, private beach, yoga platform access, sea shelf fishing and more! A spectacular location near many famous surfing breaks (Colorado, Amarillo, San Juan, Popoyo, etc). The house also include options for private yoga, massage, surf lessons, deep sea fishing excursions, movies on the beach and even private transportation by land sea or even air!

Neighbourhood information

Great quiet gated community is secure and safe. It is a 20 minute walk on shaded trails to the town of Gigante with a few bars and restaurants. It is also 35 minutes via boat from San Juan. If you would like to arrange a boat to pick you up please let us know! Our house is in the secure gated private community known as Buccaneers Cove, in Tola and is very close to the Aqua Wellness Resort. This space also now (as of Jan 2017) features paved highways the entire way to the gated community! We offer paid private transportation to and from all major airports. In addition, we can help arrange rental vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs and provide directions. The house is a 15 minute walk to the small community of Playa Gigante which featuring many bars, restaurants and hostels. There are also many outstanding luxury developments, restaurants, breweries and bars. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any assistance. :)
