Located a stones throw from the waves at Playa Colorado is the NSR Bella Vista Condo. This is a plush TOP FLOOR 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit in Hacienda Iguana with a direct view to the lineup from the over sized balcony. Golf, surf, swim and relax at this property. This condo comes equipped with all the creature comforts, including AC in each bedroom and the living area, cable TV, wifi and an auto switch generator that functions everything during a power outage. There is also a safe for your valuables. The master bedroom contains a queen bed and each of the 2 guest bedrooms contains 2 single beds. Cleaning service is included and we also offer an optional meal plan!

The surf, culture and beauty of Nicaragua has kept us living here since 2006. While we carve out plenty of time to enjoy life along the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua, you can often find us and our team working hard to ensure our guests have an outstanding vacation. This house is located within the Hacienda Iguana development, which is known for its world-class surf breaks. There are 4 surf breaks within walking distance- Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros are in the neighborhood and Playa Amarillo is to the south of Playa Colorado (walkable at low tide). We also have a beautiful 9-hole golf course. The course is well designed, beautifully maintained and very affordable to guests. There are several great food options within the Hacienda Iguana development and many other good restaurants nerby. Other businesses in the Hacienda Iguana community include a Spa, 2 small convenience stores with a variety of grocery items and an ATM is located on the property. Other activities in the development include yoga, horseback riding and in-home massage is also available. We have a well merchandised store (NSR Surf Shop) located inside the Hacienda Iguana development, which offers souvenirs, surf accessories, clothing, beach towels, flip flops, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuits, wet suit vests and tops, rash guards and more! We also rent scooters, dirt bikes, surfboards, boogie boards and SUPs out of this location as well.
