Location was centralised and was walking distance to most attractions. Met with owners of hotel and he was very welcoming and accommodating.

Fantastic location if you're here for food; lots of street food, markets and prominent restaurants very nearby or within walking distance. Management was gracious with luggage storage, allowing us to enter the building early to leave our luggage in the common area (with CCTV) and also for hours after check out. There are probably only 4 rooms in each building so risk is low. Cold water from the common area was great for the hot climate (tea/coffee also available). Wall sockets in our room were multi-purpose ones; chances are you won't need many adapters.

I've stayed in several budget places around Georgetown over the years, and this is by far my favourite. It's a clean, comfortable and quiet place in an excellent location within walking distance of all of Georgetown's historic highlights and the Komtar bus terminal if you want to go further afield (plus some superb street food around the corner). Communication via WhatsApp to advise about the self check-in process was first rate, and the staff appeared willing to help with anything that came up. I would certainly recommend Treasure Hunter and will definitely return when next in Georgetown.

Extremely clean with a minimalist finish. The bed was very comfortable- just what was needed after a day of walking around Georgetown. The bathroom was equally very clean and equipped with soap and shampoo. Entry to the property was very easy to access. The manager/owner WhatsApps a code before arrival and it’s simple to enter the property. The owner was super helpful in organising airport transport in the very early hours of a Sunday morning when Grab drivers are scare. Thank you sir!

Located in the heart of Georgetown, the neighborhood offers numerous dining options, including restaurants and street food stalls, all just a few minutes away. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of food available nearby. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, making our arrival hassle-free. The shared kitchenette provides coffee, water, and basic utensils. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with a TV, minibar, and a small desk. Toiletries like shampoo and body wash are also provided. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely return!
