Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Extremely perfect for families. The availability of washer and dryer made it easier for us to manage our laundry. Location is perfect - walking distance from Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square and Plaza Sungei Wangi, and a train station is right outside the hotel. Staff Margaret was super helpful at ensuring we had both bookings on the same floor. They even provided washing detergent on request.
