Elevated Casita with Sea and Town Views. Seaside Casita is located in the Televisa - El Faro area of Puerto Angel, Oaxaca. Only a 10 minute walk up from the calm Playa Panteón bay beach, stunning views of the sea and town from the large 2nd story balcony. The casita has an open floor plan, with small fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower, all windows and terrace doors are screened. The large balcony is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views, for breakfast in the morning, or to have a meal al fresco in the evening. Shaded driveway parking for 1 car. Cellular Internet is included free, and is not a condition of stay, uptime is not guaranteed.
This charming casita is located in a small, quiet callejón (cul de sac) street on a cliff 30 meters above the bay. The street is just a short walk to the calm Playa Pantheon shore restaurants, where you can enjoy an afternoon of fresh oysters, mahi-mahi fillets, ceviche, and cold beers, all shaded under the large restaurant beach umbrellas. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, but some areas are a bit steep. The roadway is part concrete and gravel. Getting around If you have a car there is driveway parking available. The best way to get around the area is by moped. There are several rental companies that will deliver the moped right to your door, and the rates are very reasonable. If you don't feel comfortable driving a moped, there are also taxis available, but they can be a bit expensive. Combi trucks are a local form of transportation that are very affordable, and they can be a fun way to get around. For longer distances, there are buses available, but they are the slowest option. *Mopeds are a great way to get around the small, winding streets of the neighborhood. *Taxis can be hailed on the street, or you can call for one in advance. *Combi trucks are a bit crowded, but they are a great experience.
