We have visited this hotel many times for breakfast but this is our first time staying at this place. We really were impressed with the elegance and ambiance of the hotel grounds. Staff were keeping things up beautifully. Breakfast is very good and was included in our booking.com rate. Otherwise it is rather pricey. The beach is very nice there and ideal for swimming. We had the classic king with terrace room. However we were given a classic without terrace as it wa available earlier and the receptionist explained the terrace had no view while the room we got, while on the 1st floor, still had a nice view of the sea. I think this is one of the original hotels in Cancun- but being kept up nicely. All the staff were very pleasant and kind. We liked very much that this hotel was not super loud, and didn't have blasting regatton music all over the place. The atmosphere was tranquil
