Property information

Feel the ocean breeze in this luxurious condo located at the beautiful Marina in Nuevo Vallarta. A charming and sofisticated 1 bedroom condo with a breathtaking view from the rooftop infinity pool. You will feel relaxed from the moment you arrive! Security 24 hours, free private parking and just a 5 min walk from the beach as well as a variety of delicious restaurants. The condo is beautifully furnished and offers its own private balcony, television, washer and dryer as well as WIFI access. For stays of 14 nights or less we include 15kWh usage per night. The surplus will be charged at 6 pesos per kWh and must be paid in cash or transfer on the day of departure. For stays of more than 14 nights, electricity will NOT be included.
