The apartment was really beautiful and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The let us in the room a little early and they also allowed us to use a couple of bikes while we were there and even let us store the scooter we rented over night. All in all just a great place with great staff.

We had 4 apartments in total as we were a big friends group, and we really liked it! The location is good - you can walk to the centro. Also, it's clean and with nice designs. The rooftop is also amazing!

Location is very good to explore the city center and walk to very good restaurants. Employees on site are very welcoming and profesional. The views from the penthouse and rooftop were great. The huge terrace and public spaces on the roof top were great for relaxing and hanging out.

A great value -- not a full service hotel by any means but for two scuba divers it was perfect. Less than ten minutes walk to the Aqua Safari pier to be picked up by the dive boat. Kippal is a great place, large modern apartment units with everything you need (Nespresso machine, blender, ceramic stovetop, microwave, washer/dryer). Our unit had a balcony and a terrace which were great -- thought we'd use the rooftop terrace and pool but in the end we were so comfortable hanging out on our own private outdoor spaces we didn't. Just two blocks back from the waterfront so much quieter but very quick to bars, restaurants, and other nightlife. Ayelet and Robbie (management) are terrific, dealt with minor issues quickly and efficiently, ordered taxis. helped with restaurant reservations, etc. If you're looking for an alternaive to the increaingly ubiquitious all-inclusives give Kippal a serious look.

The location of Kippal was prime! Grocery store around the corner and just a short walk to the blvd with restaurants and stores! I also requested if our room could be decorated with some balloons and flowers prior to our arrival for an extra cost and Ayelet along with the staff did a superior job at coordinating and carrying out (although exceeding the requested budget). The roof-top was spectacular. I would definitely spend some time checking it out and kicking back!

The building was nice and clean with cool amenities on the bottom floor. The rooftop pool and lounge area was terrific. The room was spacious and clean with a large balcony with a table to eat at and some comfortable lounge chairs. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Bikes were available first come first serve which came in very handy. Each morning, the front desk staff would get me setup with a bike, which I used to go to the dive center. The process was easy and the bikes were in good condition.

It was a perfect apartment, walking distance from the ferry and lovely rooftop pool. We were offered an upgrade for two nights to the penthouse suite. Host was very helpful and communicative.
