HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee and also a security deposit which is refundable. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. HOLT’s housekeeping staff will be on-site during daytime hours most days to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay with us. Breakfast is subject to the designated schedules and days designated by HOLT. There are additional fees and/or service restrictions for services outside the established schedules. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays.
