HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us with details of your use of the property as terms & pricing may vary. For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee and also a security deposit which is refundable. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. HOLT’s housekeeping staff will be on-site during daytime hours most days to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay with us. Breakfast is subject to the designated schedules and days designated by HOLT. There are additional fees and/or service restrictions for services outside the established schedules. Sleeping up to 12 people, our property is part of La Escondida, a private community a short ride to the heart of historic San Miguel de Allende. The amenities include 24-hour gated security, secured parking, an Olympic-size pool and adults-only pool, a clubhouse, gym facilities, and free shuttles in and out of Centro. The home includes: • Private & heated pool, outdoor dining areas + a grill (charcoal not included) • High-speed WiFi • Private parking for multiple cars • SmartTVs in every room • Two living rooms and seating areas, indoor and outdoor dining tables • All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms • The bathrooms feature monsoon showerheads and illuminated mirrors • The Master Bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closet, 60-inch TV and private seating area • Four bedrooms have King beds, and the fifth bedroom has two single beds • Two bedrooms have access to the second-floor patio, with outdoor furniture, an umbrella, and garden & mountain views • A modern and fully stocked kitchen • 24/7 check-in • Washer & dryer, iron, and ironing board. La Escondida also has a free shuttle service to and from downtown to the property, making this place the perfect home base to explore everything that the magical city of San Miguel has to offer. San Miguel de Allende is one of the most attractive and charming cities in Mexico, well-known for its culture, and vibrant art. San Miguel's stunning architecture, colorful streets, and enchanting traditions have made this town in Guanajuato one of the most important destinations for tourism in Mexico and a designated UNESCO world heritage site. The city has also been awarded as The Best City in the World to visit more than once! There are a lot of ways to get around the city/town from our home. There is free parking right in front of the property for multiple cars. If you don't have a vehicle, La Escondida has a free and fast shuttle service that can take you downtown and back to the property. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available.
