Previous Super Hosts in TN! Our beautiful Las Conchas Home, with 2 King suites, 1 King bed, and 1 California King bed, and 1 queen bed. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, 2 family room areas, fully equipped kitchen, 2 patio areas one off the kitchen with a grill, and our beautiful rooftop deck with ocean views. Both suites have TVs as well as both family room areas, and fast fiber optic internet. For your use we have a beach wagon, umbrellas, beach toys, corn hole, noodles, layout pads, to name a few. Come enjoy!
Love to travel and explore new places with my husband and try new hole-in-the-the wall or mom and pop restaurants. I love to be outdoors on the water, playing tennis, pickleball, hiking to waterfalls. My favorite time is anywhere with my family.
Beautiful palm tree and desert plant filled resort community, with nice homes and vacation rentals. 3 minute walk to community park, 4 minute walk to the gorgeous Las Conchas Beach with soft sand, interesting shells, and the inviting blue waters, waves and sea breezes of the Sea of Cortez Ocean! Dolphins can be seen, and cute sandpipers, pelicans, lots of shells, and tide pools. 24 hour security and friendly neighbors and permanent residents. Taxis are easily accessed, and razor 4 wheel vehicles and other transportation can be inexpensively rented.
