A modern finished ground floor elevated Maisonette situated in the heart of Qawra (St. Paul's Bay). The property is located in a very quiet area enjoying an open field view and very close to all amenities. Restaurants, bars and other places of entertainment are just round the corner. The promenade and beaches of St. Paul's Bay are literally 3 minutes away on foot. The property is adjacent to the popular street in Qawra, namely, Tourist street. The bus terminus is 400 meters away from the property which is approximately 5 minutes by walk. From the terminus, buses can be taken to visit multiple cities in Malta for attractions. Public parking is very easy to find close to this property which is free of charge. This fully air conditioned Maisonette comes with a modern open plan kitchen/living/dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms (main with ensuite and balcony) and 2 bathrooms (ensuite and guest bathroom), The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge; freezer, electric oven and hob, electric toaster, crockery, utensils, and safety features such as a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke detector. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Smokers can avail themselves of the balcony.
