The apartment is composed of a fully equipped American kitchen open to the living room (with a sofa "bed" which can accommodate a child) and a bedroom (180*200 bed) with shower room and wc. The apartment is extended by a deck and a covered terrace. A private punch tank (swimming pool) will allow you to enjoy unforgettable aperitifs in the water... STUDIO - HILL VIEW Savor the tranquility of this 26 m2 studio consisting of a sleeping area with bathroom and an entrance with a small kitchenette (being finished, there is a piece of furniture with a sink, a refrigerator, an espresso machine , a kettle and all the kitchen necessities...). The studio is extended by an open deck with a "kitchenette" space; 2 gas rings and barbecue. You also have a table, two chairs and two deck chairs. The price is reduced due to the interior kitchen finishes. You can enjoy the main swimming pool of the house. The Villa SUNSEEKER SXM is the fruit of a very long life project; a life spent in events and travel for me, Karine, and a childhood cradled by parents who were hotel and restaurant owners in Les Baux de Provence for Alain, not to mention our common vector, the love and passion for the island of Saint-Martin that we want to share without counting the cost. Everything here has been designed to be enjoyed; the view, the sweetness of the pools, the nature between sand and gardens, the gastronomy and our Friendly Island, so attractive and endearing. Come and put your bags down at Villa SUNSEEKER SXM and we can bet that we will see you again for a new trip so different from the first one, there is so much to discover in Saint-Martin. Located at the Orient Bay Gardens - Secure domain 3 minutes by car from Orient Bay (1 km) which is considered the "must" of the Caribbean. Nicknamed the "Saint-Tropez of the Caribbean", the beach of Orient Bay is one of the largest on the island and one of the busiest. The Atlantic Ocean expresses its true nature, the trade winds blow a little stronger than elsewhere. It is therefore a paradise for lovers of sliding sports. With its 2 kilometers of white sand and turquoise water, the beach offers a wide range of tourist facilities. The village has many beach restaurants and shops. You will also find all the amenities you will need on a daily basis, supermarket, bakery, hairdresser...
