Depending on who's home at the moment, we speak all variations of the Serbian language, English et un petit peu de Francais. You'll always be greeted with a desire to help, a smile and an open heart.

Our property is situated just above the Zavala peninsula on the eastern entrance of Budva, a mere 200m away from the Slovenska beach. There's a splendid view from most windows in the house and all terraces. When you look to the left you can see a garden with citrus, banana and avocado trees among others, then the woods that lead to the beach and the majestic Sveti Nikola island. It is a canvas of green and blue that soothes the eyes. When you look to the front you'll be overlooking the city, with a view of the entire old town and the Budva bay. While the view to the left usually has more of a variety of birds because of the greenery, this is the view where you'll usually find some seagulls scouting the sea for a tasty meal in the bay, just next to the bustling city. Behind the house there's a quiet road where the neighboring villas are scattered across the patches of woods, if you take a walk on this road you'll find some great views of the city, and an occasional turtle minding its own business. If you take the nearby stairs you'll find yourself on a hill with an even better view in the middle of a lively vegetation. Come and see for yourself, we are waiting to help you enjoy!

Because the immediate surroundings have been described in "About the property", here we'll just talk about some nearby places of interest. The Aroma market is 30m away from the property, just down the street. Across the street from it there's a small business complex where you can find various food places, banks, the post office and cafes.
