Stunning floorgrund studio located in hart of park-forest Savinska Dubrava-perfect place for people who enjoy peace, but still like to be close to city center. Location is less than 10 minutes walking from city center and beach. The studio has been recently refubrished and redecorated, by architect owner, in modern-industrial style. Place is bright and airy and its comfortable for 2 guests, with a place to dine and equiped kithen including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, stove and coffie maker. the bed is double sized and perfect for two. Place has private bathroom as well as two large balconies where you can enjoy amazing seaview. Private parking is included in price.
