An imposing mountains backdrop dominates the villa grounds with rich Mediterranean vegetation, olive grove, fruits, and vegetable gardens. The whole area is secluded providing you with complete privacy. Guests have the option to book all units for ultimate privatization or rent separate units. This villa is close to numerous sandy and pebble beaches, kitesurfing clubs, national parks, hiking trails, and tourist attractions. The towns of Budva and Kotor are a 30-90 minute drive away while Airports Podgorica (40 minutes) and Tivat (60 minutes) provide quick arrival. The property is 1.5 km from the supermarket and Sutomore seaside promenade. The property is located on the hill, low cars cannot get to the property. Car is highly recommended.
