Its location is in the heart of Budva with only 3-5 minutes of a walk to the main pedestrian zone: bars, caffes, restaurants and beach. The whole apartment is furnished and decorated in a contemporary style, equipped with all necessary household appliances.The rooms and suites are tastefully decorated. It includes air conditioning and an LCD TV,dishes, linens, towels.. everything you need for your comfortable stay. Even you are in centre close to beach and restaurants, this part is very quiet and comfortable. If you need transfer, excursion, rent-a-car... our staff will help you and do everything to enjoy your stay. Tivat Airport is 20 km from Luxury Montesun Apartments, while Podgorica Airport is 60 km away. Dubrovnik Airport is 68 km from the property.

Budva is a metropolis of tourism, and in recent years it has occupied a special place in world tourist destinations. Budva is a city where it is intertwined with modern and traditional. On the one side is the Old Town, which with its appearance and style goes back to old times. On the other side modern buildings, hotels and places are breathtaking in their architecture. You will certainly find whatever you like in Budva. Many great beaches you can visit Slovenska, Mogren, Bečići, Kamenovo, Jaz, Ploče, Trsteno. The beaches are fine sandly, some with stone. One of the pearls of Budva is the island of Sveti Stefan, which is a 15-minute drive from Budva. A small island town that you must visit if you are coming to Budva. Depending on what food you like, the choice of restaurant depends on it. The famous are Jadran, Obala, Porat, Tropico...Nearby is the Skadar Lake, which is the National Park of Montenegro and possesses rare plant and animal species. Budva is special because while you sit on the beautiful sandy beaches and cool down with some cold cocktails, you can enjoy the view of the mountain peaks and for some hour already drink coffee on Lovćen and enjoy local specialties.
