Objekat je smješten u mirnom dijelu grada, u naselju koje se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra i glavnih gradskih znamenitosti. Veća smještajna jedinica posjeduje tri terase orjentisane ka južnoj i sjevernoj strani, pa ukoliko želite da uživate u pogledu na more možete se opredijeliti za jednu od dvije terase u prednjem dijelu stana ili pak ako ste ljubitelj prirode i zelenila možete se prepustiti čarima planinskog predjela koji se pruža iznad grada. Obije smještajne jedinice su opremljene modernim namještajem, kuhinjom, Wi-Fi internetom, kablovskom, klima uređajima, baštenskom garniturom i velikim TV uređajem. Objekat se nalazi na 10-15 minuta hoda od centra grada i svega 3 minuta vožnje automobilom. Glavna gradska sjedišta su relativno blizu, pa je tako Aerodrom Tivat udaljen 3.9 km, glavna autobuska stanica 2.6 km, Porto Montenegro 1.2 km, najbliža prodavnica je na 850 m a stajalište za lokalni autobus je na 750 m udaljenosti od objekta.
