Loved the interior of the hotel, the staff accommodated us with storing our two motorcycles in a locked garage. Small supermarket, banks and a good restaurant within two minutes walk. Staff extremely helpful, and kind, one of the girls sorted our phones out with local SIM cards. Exceptional Staff.

Absolutely everything here is amazing. Great staff, stunning location, a whole apartment kinda of bedroom, amazing breakfast. Calm and quiet, an oasis. One afternoon, they knocked at my door with tea and biscuits and it was really thoughtful and hospitable. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

The location is a Riad style, which gives great peace and quiet even though located in the center. The large swimming pool is nice, but may be of use during a hot August day. The room we had are very large and comfortable and actually suitable for a longer stay.

The staff were amazingly helpful, in spite of the language barrier. Room was beautiful and the beds very comfortable. WiFi worked very well. We visited during Ramadan and had some delicious home cooked meals in the hotel.

The experience was amazing My mum with her disability was understood by the whole staff . The gentleman was A gentleman with my mum that was the main and most important thing about everything our first night .he organised the taxi to pick us up at the airport despite the delay the driver waited more than an hour waiting for us . The riad is gorgeous, appliances are modern, room was spacious and meals were delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating. We stay here every time we're in Oujda for business and fun. Would highly recommend.
