The experience was just exceptional and the people there are super friendly and make everything to meet your needs. The food was incredible and the tents were super clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay in the desert. Perfect size for a camp in the middle of nowhere, where you don’t want to feel overwhelmed with so many other tourists as it happens in other camps. Very calm and beautiful place, loved the smell in the room and the beds were really comfortable, beautiful decoration everywhere. The staff was also outstanding, they do their best to provide you a very nice stay. Thank you Barak and your people, if ever back to Merzouga, we’ll definitely see you again :) Tanmirt!

Located well away from the numerous other camps in this corner of the Sahara, meaning it was very quiet and mostly free from light-pollution (allowing great stargazing). Very spacious and beautifully fitted-out tent. The hosts were absolutely amazing (Barak and his team).

Amazing experience! Thanks so much Barak, Hami and the rest of the team for a brilliant stay. (Tenmirt!) The location is great, the camp is spacious and secluded away from the other camps. The room and bed were super luxurious and honestly better than the photos. Dinner and breakfast were great, delicious unique dishes - they try to not just have the normal tajine you get at most of the other hotels / camps. We really enjoyed the music and learning about the Berber culture and way of life from Barak and his team. We were worried and did a lot of research before booking a camp in the Merzouga. We read a lot of reviews about crowded camps packing in near each other and having bad food - Palmyra was perfect, secluded, luxurious and the team were amazing. If we stayed again, we would add an extra night to do more stuff around the camp. We really wanted to ride camels, and Barak arranged it so that we could ride camels at sunset and then get taken to the camp.

Magical & Exotic! I spent a night at Palmyra Luxury Camp with my wife. It was certainly the best experience we have done on this trip. Our tent was comfortable and has everything we needed ( running water, electricity, shower, flush toilet and sink). Early in the morning we went on a camel ride and it was so beautiful to enjoy sunrise in the middle of nowhere. It was the best sunrise ever! The camp’s location is incredible and the staff is hospitable and helpful. We will definitely go back there again!

Palmyra Luxury Camp was one of the options suggested to us by a friend of ours who is familiar with this part of Morocco, and opted for it based on the reviews on Tripadvisor and other online travel forums. I must say that we certainly made the right choice: The food was top-notch, the staff were super kind, friendly and courteous, our tent was more luxurious than expected with all the modern comfort and convenient facilities. All in all, a 5 star glamping experience!

Helt fantastiskt läge på denna camp med sanddynerna precis bakom tälten. Vi valde att boka kamelturen för att komma dit, det var kamel i två timmar för att komma långt ut i sanddynerna och se solnedgången, därefter hämtades vi upp med jeepar och åkte den sista biten ut till campen. Kameltur kostar extra men annars hade transporten ingått i priset för rummet vilket är ett plus för det är tydligen inte är självklart på andra camps. Tältet var som ett hotellrum med toalett och varm dusch. God middag på kvällen, underhållning framför brasa och god frukost på morgonen. Denna camp låg lite längre bort än andra camps vilket var skönt för det blev väldigt tyst och stilla på kvällen så man verkligen kunde känna in atmosfären ute i öknen. På morgonen skjutsades vi tillbaks till byn på andra sidan om sanddynerna där vi parkerat vår bil. Vi fick även hjälp från Palmyra att boka tur med fyrhjulingar dagen efter.
