Spacious and beautiful townhouse featuring 2 story split layout, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, located in one of the most sought after Vilnius neighborhoods, near the Pavilniai Regional Park. This end unit has a private entrance and covered parking space within the secure gated community. Everything for your comfortable stay. It features a king bed with an upgraded mattress in the master bedroom, a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in the living area, air conditioning, heating, electric fireplace and an office-den with a big desk. Guests can enjoy a private terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the second floor. Fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and necessary kitchenware. Washer and dryer. Plenty of storage space throughout the house. Free Wi-Fi and smart TV with a great choice of different channels. Vilnius International Airport is 5 minutes away; as well as a famous ski resort Liepkalnis, the biggest snow arena in the Baltic States. Vilnius Historic Old Town and its newly developed famous Paupys district are only a short drive away. Vilnius’ well-developed public transportation with a bus stop right there by the townhouse. For shopping lovers, you are only a few minutes away from the IKEA shopping center and a huge NORDIKA shopping mall.
