Welcome to our little beach hideaway...myself - Rasindu, and my young team of guys from around Sri Lanka are pleased to meet you and we promise to make your stay as memorable as you allow us to.

Our Guesthouse opened in 2019 and welcoming guests since then. From May 2024 under new ownership and management by local Sri Lankan family. We are situated on long, sandy beach. The ocean is open water, always warm, gentle waves during main season, off-season the waves get big sometimes... Not one day the beach stays the same, sand is always moving, every day seems different. We offer rooms on either Ground or First floor. Two rooms face the beach and sea directly, others have balcony or porch, with side sea-view. We have one self-catering 2-bedroom unit, with fully equipped kitchen, on Ground floor, facing the garden. All rooms have en-suite private bathrooms with hot water shower. Each room has ceiling fan, airconditioning, tiled floor, chair and table, clothing rail and coathangers. The rooms are cleaned daily, unless not required. All bedding and towels, and beach towels, are provided free of charge. Glasses and hair dryers, kettles on request, free of charge. Multiple universal-type electrical sockets in every room, no need for adapters. There are sun beds available on the beach around the year, with umbrellas or shade-huts set up during the main season. We have swimming pool for all-year enjoyment. Our property decor is minimal, partly due to our style, partly due to salty corrosive environment, we are happy to provide whatever guest requires on demand. Fast free wifi. Our target is happy guest, we try our best to make your holiday memorable. We prefer not noisy, heavy-drinking, party-loving guests - if you like to party - we are not the ideal place, thank you. There are many points of interest in Hikkaduwa, or nearby. We can reccommend what to do, or book any tour around area, or anywhere in Sri Lanka, at best rates. Tuk tuk to travel around available right outside of our property. Bus stop 200m away. We are on the Colombo-Galle main route. It would be our priviledge to be able to host you, and we look forward to that opportunity.

Our guesthouse is in the row of private residences and small to mid-sized hotels on the long beach between central Hikkaduwa and attached suburbs. Property location is between the beach and Colombo-Galle Road. There are few jungle strips, still not developed, along this beach, with some wildlife. There is western-style supermarket 300 m away, open 9am-10pm every day, there are local shops nearby, restaurants from next door all the way to Hiikaduwa, wide choice by menu& price. Village fish market at Dodanduwa with daily fresh seafood is short tuk tuk ride / 15 mins walk. Hiikaduwa vilage has tourist oriented fish & seafood market, fruit market with widest selction of topical fruit, short ride by tuk tuk. We reccommend 1km walk to nearby lake/lagoon, where you may hire kayak or book tour around the lake, with historic temple visit, cinnamon plantation visit, plenty of wildlife to observe in total quiet and peace. Past Hikkaduwa town is Tsunami Museum and Memorial, as sad as this part of history is, one of the musts to visit.. Historical Galle Fort and busy city centre is 16 km away, can take super cheap bus stopping in the front of our place, or tuk tuk or taxi. There are many other points of interest, which we can discuss in person.
